Indemnity

Our core services in HR Management and Employment Law, and Health & Safety are supported by an Indemnity.  The Indemnity protects the employer against the legal costs involved in defending a health & safety prosecution or employment tribunal.  The employment law indemnity provides cover for awards made by an Employment Tribunal or settlement under the auspices of ACAS.
